The room was spacious and on the upper level. All the staff were friendly and helped with my issues. The location was great for me, as it was close to the Crust restaurant. Additionally, it was very convenient being near the cruise terminal, cruise ship, and train station.

The double room was spacious on upper level. Climate control, multi-channel television and a writing desk were standard, but I enjoyed that. The location was good for getting around, as a ship terminal was very close to the hotel. It was across the local area.

The hotel was recently renovated and stunningly beautiful. I enjoyed its amiable staff. - the location was favourable and handy - short walk to downtown, Crust restaurant, and historic district. - Diana's Cafe, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue, was nice.

Recently redone, but I only stayed for 2 nights. the room was super clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice view that I really enjoyed. the staff was so friendly and always ready to help, which made me sure that I would come back here 😊.

We really loved it. Its staff was amazing. The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The room had climate control, a work desk, and an electronic key card. There were many restaurants nearby, such as Modern Garden, which was just a 5-minute walk away.

The location in downtown Miami is perfect, just a short walk from the monorail and popular attractions like Bayside and the Bayfront Market. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are in good condition. I also loved the breakfast, which was homemade and different each day.

Breakfast was delightful. Loved the omelette with tomato salsa, feta cheese and greens, and the serve-yourself coffee and tea. Location was also great, very close to the cruise ship docks. Best aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel at home.

The area around the hotel wasn't very well-lit at night, so we didn't feel safe walking around after dark. We had to take a cab to go out to dinner.
